As empresas procuram incansavelmente a diferencia\u00e7\u00e3o na experi\u00eancia de compra dos consumidores. Caindo muitas vezes no prot\u00f3tipo da formalidade e impessoalidade. Estes conceitos est\u00e3o a ser sujeitos a uma grande reflex\u00e3o. Devido ao relacionamento que est\u00e1 a ser mantido com o cliente.<\/p>\n<p>A grande evolu\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 na forma como as empresas v\u00eam o cliente e se relacionam com ele, entrando assim a necessidade de ter novas formas de comunicar. Acima de tudo, falamos de rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre humanos, com sentimentos, emo\u00e7\u00f5es e vontade de estarem envolvidas.
